The legs seem sliiightly misaligned maybe? I can definitely understand how in a big ol' fluffy skirt like that it'd be easy to lose track. Maybe it's even my imagination, but yeah, feels a bit off.
Outside of that looks great! Interesting pose choice and nice colors, both for Madoka and the background.

I love that like, skirt? The ribcage. That's so intricate, and then the frills at the bottom too! Likewise the bow, some tasteful bone.
